Simply Studio Success is a bootcamp for your entire teaching team!

This year Jane and Stacey will guide you and your teaching team on:

* Positivity starts with you: How to get your teachers organised, thriving and bringing their best selves to work 

* Positive behaviour management for 5-8years: make your classrooms work like clockwork

* Role Play: everyone plays a part in the successful acquisition of our students, get clear on the role each of your team members play in attraction & retention.

You can take each keynote session at your own pace. There will be moments to pause and reflect, followed by activities in breakout groups, allowing plenty of time for your team to unpack AND apply the content to your own studio context. You can work through each session in your own time, either in one day or during the year.

Traditionally, engaging expert speakers to facilitate training sessions, and then adding any travel and accommodation expenses have all added up beyond the budgets of most dance studios. You know you want your team all on the same page, but creating your own presentations to motivate and inspire your teachers is just one more thing on your ever-growing To-do List.
