For way too long in my business I felt like I was the only one struggling; that I was the only one going to bed every night with 100 to dos in my mind and waking up in the morning thinking I’m never going to get through it all. 

It took me many, many years to get systems in place that helped start to break that feeling of overwhelm.

Now that I have a system that works, I don’t want to keep it to myself! I want to share my learnings with other women who are also going to bed feeling like the to do list is too overwhelming… and the not sleeping because they’ve got so much on their mind… and then waking up tired as a result.
